problems with the forum

Just wondered if anyone had been experiencing problems with the forum today - i keep getting a msg saying the server is too busy and its running really slow - anyone else had this prob? :'(

hi sami i also hadsome trouble getting on the main page about a hour ago now but mine is ok now.HTH

A couple of times it's taken me what seemed like a long time to get on. The majority of time no problem at all.

I don't seem to have had any problems lately - although I think thay can easily arise with a service like this.

The most likely possibility is that the people who supply our forum get heavily loaded - they provide thousands of forum spaces, so it isn't surprising. I do plan to bring the forum onto a server of my own at some point, but would want to be entirely happy with what I'm getting - I've had some strange experiences with some forum systems!
