Hi All, Just wondered if anybody with a Lunar Delta (with inboard water tank) has the same problem we have, i.e. getting the air out of the system after filling the tank from empty. Seems to take ages. I always fill the tank with all taps open and the drain mans watering can on hot water tank open. I then close the hot water tank drain valve when it starts to overflow. Then spend about 20mins getting air out of the system. Any ideas folks?
Our Bailey Louisiana has an on-board tank but we never use it. Cant see the point unless it's below freezing and we are wimps so we wouldn't go if it was that cold
It usually takes a couple of minutes to get the air out, I start in the bathroom with the tap set to hot, once I get water I set the tap to cold, once I get water on that I go to the kitchen sink tap and do the same. I'm not saying this is the correct way, but it works for us. I only start in the bathroom because Hazel is in the way putting the kettle on (most important!)

Thanks for the reply Trooper. I'll try your method next time. I'm in full agreement about the importance of kettle on. My 1st job is to fill the kettle direct from the onsite tap so Gill can get brewing!!!!
