:)Ouch, me legs hurt, thats a lot of walking around, and didn't even go inside one caravan , but that's not what we were there for this time. Plenty of ideas for sites home and abroad, stock up on a few cheapie bits and pieces, but so glad I bought a kojack from halfords last weekend, £40, best show 'offer' I saw was £69.95. Elected against a new awning, the porch and annexe we've got will do us for a while longer. Oh, and bumped into some bloke with a video camera, nice fella, sure I've seen him before somewhere ;D ;D Just hope next year's show falls in half term, will take the van up and spread looking around over two days
You should be very careful of people carrying video cameras, you never know who or what they are videoing especially the older ones ;D ;D
It's ok, I was quite safe, didn't have any ducks following me around ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

We were there Saturday also and strangely enough we bumped into the same chap lingering around with his camera,so we stopped for a chat with himself and Dot, nice to say hello in person from time to time.
Had a good day and managed to get away without spending too much although we did pick up a new satellite reciever for the van and one or two other bits and bobs.
We were there on Saturday too. It seemed much busier this year. We are looking to change our 'van within the next twelve months but were determined not to rush into it. We need our finances to upgrade our daughter (to a married one) before we change the caravan although we could probably scrape together the difference between the new one and our three year old Virginia if we really tried. We spoke to a chap on one of the stands on Saturday who buys and sells second hand caravans. I was surprised buy what he could offer me for our Virginia as it was more than the trade in that dealers we've had quotes from have offered. If we went down the route of selling seperately we would possibly get a better deal on the new 'van as we wouldn't have a trade in so it would be a cash purchase. Denise
