We used our our new kampa 390 awning last week and have to say for £280 they are superb and would def recommend them. Nice size and they look really neat when there up. Also they dont weigh that much. Well chuffed with it.
I had one and when you say it would fit they only fit the flat bit of you van NOT the full lengh. see below
as thery are a porch type so the ends are a hand full to fit we sent the 390 back as it went half way over the window like this one above and got a 260
which fit better you need a big big van for the 390 most people seem to have the 260 type we now have a NR awning that i won of ebay and i sold my 260 on ebay only reason was my son now sleeps in a inertent in the awning don't get me wroung for the money and the looks they secound to none but also as yo will see there alot of guy ropes and they need it and wind can hammer them make sure you get there storm tie down kit makes the diffence so you also need to get the position of the guy ropes right i also got the monsoon pole set and the up right set about £25 for both i also made two poles that clipes across the front of the roof dead easy to put up watch the video that chris did puting his awning up. also stay away from the cheeper ones like the towsure ones the panama theys may look as good but not made as good you have picked the better make
