This has been our 2nd holiday at this excellent campsite in devon
From the start to the finish I cant do anything but rave about this nice simple little site
the Second we arrived on site the staff couldnt be any more helpful, we arrived as a group this year so instead of blocking up the entrance we were quickly shown were to park the vans up and then wandered back to the office to book in.
Its not the largest camp (which i think is a plus) but there is bags of room to line up and setup the caravan.
The facilitys were nothing short of excellent again, the toilets and showers are very clean and well maintained in those permant rolloblocks kinda setup, but upon reading site news board they are upgrading to permanant brick buildings in the closed season this year. Theres a large washing up area should you want todo your pots n pans, a laundrette too very usefull we found for the grandkids clothes after a day at the beach.
although there is no club house on site there is plenty outside of the camp and they dont close the gate
Ill always been drawn to devon from childhood memorys of standing on the seafront at dawlish with my dad watching the trains racing by the old 50`s and 125`s proper trains lol not these horrid new things lol though the 125`s still coming bombing threw hehe but worse thing the torbay express broke down at exeter so i never got to see the steam coming through..
