Message received back from the Proboards Techie folks as follows:
"We did some tests on the yozza64 account and were not able to replicate the issue with logging in. Have the member use the "Forgot your password?" function once more and see if the issue is solved for them now.
Once they reset the password, they will need to re-activate their account which the activation code should already be sent to their email inbox"
