Hi Mike. Taking a two mins break from revision (I'll be well pleased when Monday is over!) to ask you to add another three nights for us. A couple of weekends ago we headed for Trevin in Pembrokeshire with our walking group. We stayed on the Prendergast Caravan Site which is basically 10 well maintained statics around a lovely manicured meadow but with a touring area at one end, in the middle of the tiddly village. Some of our group stayed in a private hostel in the village whilst others hired statics or tent camped. We of course took Lili, our caravan and another couple of ladies shared the campervan which belonged to one of them. We paid £11 a night per pitch including electric although those that used the site showers had to put 20ps in the slot, and towed a total of 448 miles. The village was lovely and quiet and there is a lovely pub doing food.... They coped with our party of 26 for Sunday's supper admirably! There was live music (folk/ 50s-90s) on the Sunday evening as well. The village is just off the coastal path and is a great walking base and we also managed a group barbecue in the remains of an old mill on the path.

I think that's up to date now. I seemed to have made a mistake on MrsMothys Mileage somewhere I will check (now corrected). Have also added 2 nights (Bala again) for Hazel & myself £12.45/night 97 miles travelled
Four more nights away in a delightful little CL a couple of miles outside Hook Norton, where the plans had been to walk around the town, and to inspect the local small town brewery. £10 per night, luckily, under the circumstances, this time including EHU, and around twenty miles towed, although around forty miles each way to and from home to storage compound.
please can you put me down for 5 nights at Lakeside Holiday Park, Chichester @ £18 per night & 210 miles towed. Thankfully we were able to ride out the strong winds although the van was so covered in leaves it looked like I had treated it to a coat of army issue camouflage paint!!
Hi Mike, Can you put me down for 6 nights at The Farm, Burscough in Lancs. We spent 6 nights at this site at a cost of £15.00 per night, and only 88 miles towed.Alas, unless we spend a few nights at Acorns between xmas and new year the farm will bring our years caravanning to a close. This year has been another good year in Van,we wish all the Forum team and all our fellow caravaners a very merry xmas and a successful 2014.Lets keep them vans rolling. Merry Xmas All Arthur aka artfish and Penny.
