We are thinking of going to Bonterra Park in Spain from 1st January till 4th February. I emailed them to get an idea of the price, they replied saying it would be €14.99 per night and €0.40 per Kw of electric. Is there an easy way to work out how much I may use.
Les, what the person on the 'Other' Forum neglected to say is that the ACSI Card only covers the first 4KWH after that you have to pay for any extra used.
• Electricity. Your CampingCard includes a 6A connection with a maximum of 4 kWh per day included in the price. If you require higher amperage or use more than 4 kWh, the campsite has the right to surcharge you the rates which normally apply on the site.

Add up the load you think you will need, Fridge, heating, cooker, fan heater in the awning, telly: then think again because you only have 10A or 2 1/4Kw so what were you thinking of using?
Retired to France with the Vintage Camping Panzer (Hymer B594 2.5td 1993) and the boss. Since 1962 we have Static'd, Tented, Trailer-tented, Caravanned and now Motor-homing or rather Campingcarists :-).
I rang the CCC and the CC today, the CCC came out at £13.94pn for a standard pitch with electric. The CC came out at £12.19 for a pitch including water waste and electric. The first 14 days included electric the other 3 weeks we have to pay for the electric at €0.40 per kw. It looks like the CC comes out on top.
