Just back from an Easter break, mainly in West Dorset - report to follow. Stayed at three CLs, in total ten nights away at total cost of £46.00, plus roughly 300 miles towed, allowing for putting 'van back in store in couple of days time. Never done West Dorset before, but we'll be back.
Woo hoo, finally got away and got the weather to go with it. 4 nights away with the huge mileage of 13 miles, 6 n a half, 6 n a half back. £39 quid all in, including 3 day entrance to the southern motorhome show, quess that makes the camping about a fiver a night, happy happy.
Senator 6 Wyoming, Jeep Grand Kareeoke, Full Wine Cellar, but still keepin' it country.
Returned last Monday from 7 nights in the Caravan Club Centenary Site. Milage towed 367miles cost £149.00 We haven't been here since 2011 Site is exactly the same but the hedges have grown a lot more giving greater protection from the wind, they have introduced 50 new hardstanding pitches which is better than the grass pitches when wet, they are opening more grass pitchs later in July, we had a good week weather wise arrived with a shower of hailstones and a couple of showers later but enough time to get the porch awning up without getting wet, after that it was beach weather every day. New wardens since we there before but the same manner can't do enough for you wifi was very good it little slow later in the evenings. Can't fault the site 10 out of 10.
We had to go without our dog who died 3 weeks ago today he was 13 years and 3 months, but we have another yorkshire terrier which we collected last Tuesday, will post a picture of him later.
