I always wonder to whom they have listened? I am a member but no one has asked me. As far as I know they don't have member surveys like the Caravan Club. Perhaps its the same mysterious people they listened to when they changed the pricing structure and extended the deposit refund timing from 7 days to 30!!!
I had an email off them months ago with a long questionnaire one of the many questions was about renewing your membership online and online magazines this now seems to be what they are pushing for but for me no thank you.
Why do we have to pay with a Direct Debit to gain any financial benefits.Surely a credit or debit card is not that costly for them to process or is it they hope it's too much trouble to cancel in the future or am I being sceptical ? The Friendly Club my foot. rendezvouscaravanclub.webs.com
