Hi Spider, I will try and help you on these.
You must have an onboard water tank, the lights will indicate how full the tank is when you push the button on the right.
Status panel for 12v, 240, towing. the selection switch is car, if you towing and want to charge the battery/run the fridge, and van when on site to run the 12v electrics. Battery rev polarity is maily if you go abroad the wiring on hook ups are different from here. Battery charging will light up to indicate you are charging off the mains. 240v will light up when you are hooked up on site.
Switches are from left to right, External water pump to fill the onboard tank or run dirct from your water barrel. Awning light, this a on off switch. Reading lamps,probably the on off power supply normally over the lounge area. Internal master switch for your 12volt roof lights. Water pump on off switch, the green light below the switch will illuminate when the pump is running.
Fuse board, left to right, Internal lights. Aux items. Water pump. Te numbers are fuse values.
Battery level indicator, hold the button in on the right and it will tell you the condition of the battery, good if you are not hooked up.
You either have a roof vent or cooker hood vent powered by an electric fan.
