. . . . what we caravanners take away on our hols. We're presently pitched in our usual, rather soggy, farmer's field just above "that" Cornish fishing village of Coverack - but that's a whole other story already extensively covered on the box. Anyway, back to the strange holiday accompaniments. Behind our 'van can be found a full size five step step ladder, after all, how else can a fold- up solar panel be safely placed on the roof? Then there's one of our neighbours who's 'van sports an old fashioned mangle, otherwise known as a clothes wringer, in full view alongside. His cold water home made washing plunger is fairly impressive as well. Then his neighbour eclipses us both with his 100 ft high radio ham's mast, not quite blown over in the storm, although his broadcasting gazebo is certainly no more. One other neighbour with nothing more outrageous than a rather large Isabella Awning, with original Coverack floating floor, and finally a motor home with a small open beach tent outside, purpose unknown. So what unusual aids and objects do others take away, or have seen? It takes all sorts I guess. Neil

The only strange thing I take with me is the wife.😜 But don't tell her. Otherwise I don't think I take anything strange.
