A few weeks ago I received a letter from Swift about the pull down bed on Moggie, I phoned them and was told they had some issues with the pull down bed. I have booked an Engineer to come out and check and modify if needed. After previous owner in the past have complained about Swifts aftersales service I must say I was quite impressed.
Hi , we to have recently taken delivery of our new Sprite Major 6 which we got in May there has been one or two things that need sorting out and I can't complain about the after sales service . When I've needed something done they have done it , something came off the cooker , it was replaced 3 days later no problem , so so far so good for us .
