I am looking for some advise pleas if anyone can help, I have a 2006 Elddis Odyssey 505 5 berth, with black tinted windows. The problem is that all the windows (except the front) seem to be cracking 4 inches in at the top of the window! this is a recent thing as on our last outing they were not there?
It could be that the seal is too thick or has gone hard and the window when closed is rotating about the seal rather than the hinge. In order to close and lock the window, one has to bend it over the seal hence the cracking.

Can anyone offer any help, please. We have a broken Quick Drain Valve (Pressure Relief Valve) in our Carver Cascade 2 (W62902) The one at the top left of the unit when looking at it from outside. We have a replacement, but do not know how to remove the old broken unit. The remnants of the old one appear to be metal (brass?) whereas the replacement is all plastic. H E L P !!
I had a similar problem on my old Elddis, but mine was plastic. I was able to cut it using a Hack saw blade top and bottom carefully so as not to damage the thread in the heater, then prise the 2 halves out. I think it might be to difficult if the remains are Brass (though I don't understand why it should have broken if it is Brass). What might be better is an 'Easy Out' see HERE
