Pleased to see that you are keeping a slightly older caravan on the road.
Your modifications are interesting. However, putting the battery under the seat is not really a very safe idea.
When batteries are charging, they give off hydrogen gas. If the battery is not in an enclosed space separate from the interior of the the caravan, there is the risk of an explosion should there be hydrogen in the living accommodation and someone switches on an electrical circuit or lights the cooker hob.
Batteries are best kept in a separate locker, only accessible from outside the caravan and vented to the open air.
