Hi all, We have a Swift Challenger and the bathroom looks dark and gloomy. The wallboard around the back window is like a striped pattern. I was wondering if this could be painted in a lighter colour? The wallboard is textured and we do use the shower, so don't know if special paint would be needed? Can anyone give me some advise please?
After reading the reply, think maybe we shouldn't tackle this. Its just annoying not being able to have wide open in the hot weather. we think we might ask for a quote, for a caravan repair centre to do. Hopefully won't cost too much as have already bought the struts!
Thankyou Dickers for the explanation on how to do it. Quite a big job! We haven't got any leaks, just was being cautious. Trying to make sure the van is sealed so she will last us for a good few years!
Hi all, i have a swift challenger 2002. I want to seal everywhere on the outside. Do i really have to take all the rails off etc, or can i just apply sealer as it is. I have a few tubes of PU18. Many thanks!
Thankyou for your reply Trooper! I've just looked on Amazon, the bracket I was looking at is the avtex sv6. I have just noticed an avtex quick release plate. I'm not sure, but think this can be attached to the sv6 bracket, then the tv can be quickly released from the bracket without having to undo the screws.
Hi all, I have an avtex 21 inch tv. I would like to mount onto a bracket, but fixed underneath the top lockers. The one I have looked at is screwed onto a plate. I asked Capital, where I had the tv from if the plate is removable and they said not. I would prefer to remove the tv while towing, but don't want the hassle of unscrewing the tv off the plate. Have any of you got this tv bracket? If so is the plate removable or not? many thanks!
