electrolux 4230, not working on gas , removed and turned upside down for 24 hours, then turned it back up reconnected gas and felt the pipe getting hot up to coolant veins then no heat . when on electric it works very well. whilst fridge was upside down the wires have come disconnected so has anybody got a wiring diagram? any help appreciated
if the fridge was working ok on electric then you did not need to turn it upside down you only do this if the fridge is not getting cold on all the 3 power supplies, as it releases a blockage in the cooling system. You need to look at why it's not working on gas, is the vent clear is the burner working correctly ect Take a look at these instructions www.club80-90.co.uk/pages/downloads/tech/ElectroluxRM122.pdf
Don't forget you have to take the cover off the vent on the outside of the caravan. If you don't, it cannot get air and the exhaust gasses can't get out. In that case the system will sense a problem and decide not to play.
Hi took my fridge out and turned it upside down a couple of times as it wasn't getting cold enough but a small metal twisted strip and a wire with ahook on either end has fallen off and i don't know where its came from so cant see if it works any one any ideas Thanks Drew
