Hi folks newbie to the site looking for help. I've just bought a "new" unused Harrison enclosure to go on my Fiamma awning, but it has no instructions with it and the seller had no paperwork either. Does anybody know how this is erected or can offer advise as to where I may be able to obtain instructions. I believe the company has ceased trading.
Harrison are no more. Do you know if you have all the parts for it, there should be two poles to each side, 1 end with a small spike the other with a rubber sucker, join 2 pole together to make complete spike one end sucker the other. then feed into the side sections of the awning. Now you might have to get the fitting kit for the quick errect fiamma system, not the clip system it will be a block that you screw into your front rail of the fiamma and the spike will fit into that, then you extend the pole and position the sucker against the van. On the front rail of your fiama look carefully and there is a channel you slide the front section into this, then zip the sides and front together. You will also have similar poles for keeping the foam section against the van , these poles will have a long spike one end and a short spike the other end, you will need something to either fix to the van or fix to the side rail. the poles are all twist lock so to extend or shorten twist push down then twist to lock at the length needed. On the side panels put the material that seems to be hanging over the top of the awning loosely then use the clips that are attached, the reason for that is to protect the material of your awning roof.
Once you sort out fixing points its really easy to errect and a lot lighter than the fiamma as its canvas rather than the pvc stuff.
