Anyone away for the upcoming Easter Weekend?
We are off to Tredegar House Caravan Club site, last time we were there was 2010 with the Louisiana, but I don't suppose it has changed much.

We last went there in 2011, it is a lovely site and some nice places to visit. We did have a problem as one pipe was frozen and I had to replace it. I was lucky as it was easy to get to under the front seat. We can't get away at Easter as we have 2 birthday parties to go to. Les

Hi Craig,
Have a super break in Edinburgh.
If you haven't been there before, the best way to get into the city to explore is to get the bus outside the Site. However, make sure that you have the correct fare as the driver does not give out change. No end of visitors have been caught out, especially foreign visitors. The site Warden will tell you the fare cost and usually can give you change.
Dickers.

I live in the Gwent valley about 17 miles from Newport, you must visit Big Pit in Blaenavon, Its free and well worth a visit. Also there is the Iron Works and a Brewery to visit all within a one mile area. Your sure to have a very warm welcome in the Valleys, but bring a brolly (just in case its raining) LOL.

Hi 'arceye', yes we visited the Iron works and the Big Pit last time we visited the area but we did not go down the mine that time, something we are hoping to rectify this time.

Ha , I'm a bus driver where I live and get free travel on any pulic transport up and down the country , so does my wife and kids , so the change won't matter but cheers ! Never paid in 8 years !!
