Hi everybody i have just bought a 1999 buccaneer elan15 the van itself is great but i have a problem with the wheels.it is fitted with alloys and they have a centre cap covering the wheel nuts the problem is the centre cap has some sort of locking device to hold the cap and as such requires aform of key to take it off ihave tried dealers and such but to no avail can anybody help? Thank you for the link, but they cant help.i will have to keep looking i dont even know how the lock operates wether you turn,push,pull or what i just font want to destroy the cap if i can help it.thank you for your help and welcome it is appreciated steve

This probably sounds a bit daft, but have you tried contacting the people you got the van from/

Hi yes he thought the key was in the van it was there when it was serviced in may but since then disapeared into the ether i think it was left out and not put back when it was serviced but i cant prove otherwise which ever i am stuck until i can get the cap off i just dont want to destroy it somebody out there must know a way steve

Hi.i contacted the people who serviced it but i got the usual no its not here mate.if anybody out there has one could somebody post a picture of it so i can get an idea of what im looking for because the next stage will have to be damageing the cap to get it off and i really dont want to go down that route many thaks steve
